Does anyone have access to floor plans of this building?
I hear the current owners plan to demo this wonderful historic structure and construct a nursing home. I would like to evaluate the feasibility of redeveloping this building as an assisted living facility.

I don't have access to the floor plans & unfortunately don't know who you could contact but I agree that a reuse of this building is preferable to losing it.

ReplyDeleteWe took a quick look at them yesterday and there does indeed seem to be some potential for reuse as assisted living. I hope to spend some more time with them later this week, I'll keep you posted....
